Karen Strong 5K Fun Run

Please join us at the Grumpy Monk at Broadway at the Beach for this Fun Run and Walk to support our friend Karen Grischuk, who is battling Cancer.  The event, sponsored by Black Dog Running Company, the Grand Strand Running Club and Fleet Feet Myrtle Beach, will be held at 1:00 pm rain or shine.  The entry fee will be a minimum $10 donation which will 100% go to Karen and Bill.  After the run we will return to Grumpy Monk for Fun, Fellowship (Happy Hour pricing for food and drinks) and Raffles.  Each runner entered will receive a raffle ticket and additional tickets will be available for donations.  Additionally, we will have Karen Strong Bracelets available.
