Kennedy Community Health 5K Virtual Walk & Run

Kennedy Community Health is pleased to partner with its friends at the WooSox to bring its annual 5K walk & run at Polar Park for the 3rd year in a row on Saturday, August 12, 2023!

The event will feature a 5K run loop that brings participants down and around the Canal District and Downtown areas of Worcester.  Walkers will have the opportunity to join the runners out on the roads for the official 5K course, or stay within Polar Park and walk 1/4 mile laps around the warning track on the field.  As a family-friendly event, we will have appearances from our favorite hometown mascots and kids will have the opportunity to participate in a kids fun run. 

Families, friends, and colleagues are encouraged to join the event as teams for a friendly competition in winning top prizes for most creative names, biggest turnouts and other fun categories.  Prizes will be presented during the awards ceremony immediately following the end of the walk. 

Race details:

Saturday, August 12th at 9 AM

$10 walkers, $15 runners

All ages welcome!  Stroller- and wheelchair friendly options will be available.
