About This Activity
The Kidney Pump, a 5K run in support of the National Kidney Foundation of Florida presented by WRMF, will take place in downtown Abacoa. Runners will make their way from Town Center drive, along the streets of Abacoa, through Mallory Creek and back to Town Center where we'll be celebrating the event and cause at the Ampitheater. Jason from the KVJ Show will participate in kicking off the race and after party as local businesses, friends of the foundation, vendors and participants gather to enjoy festivities, music and excitement in supporting the NKF of FL and those dealing with kidney disease. Join us in raising awareness as the NKF of FL strives to save lives through early detection, personal support (both financial and psychological) and ultimately, guide them through their personal battle with kidney disease. Let's catch this disease before it catches others and pump up the night in honor of those battling kidney disease!

The Kidney Pump will kick off in Town Center, continue through beautiful Abacoa as runners make their way through Mallory Creek and continue back through to Town Center as we celebrate the National Kidney Foundation of Florida with entertainment at the Amphitheater and support from local restaurants and vendors. We hope you’ll join us in the festivities while running to raise money for the cause.
