About the event
The 5K has been developed to remind us of the importance of mental health, the value of teamwork, and to raise funds for a memorial scholarship established by the Teague and Curry families in memory of Lara Teague Curry. Mrs. Curry was an outstanding Social Studies teacher at Douglas Freeman High School.
A Kids Fun Run will start at 8 AM followed by the 5K for runners and walkers.
