Lexington Laces Up

About us: Meadow Glen Middle School is an Expeditionary School that seeks to solve real world problems. As part of the 8th grade expedition entitled "Take a Stand", a group of fifteen 8th graders are hosting a 5K called "Lexington Laces Up" as an effort to help those affected by the historic South Carolina Flood of 2015. This 5K will take place on May 14th, 2016.

Meadow Glen Middle has a special class called CREW ( Creating Relationships Exploring Within) which is a class designed around teamwork, social skills and creating relationships. After the flood we as Ms. Metze's CREW have decided to create this 5K for SC flood relief and our school is working with Harvest Hope food bank in our take a stand expedition.
