Madison Stampede 5k Run/walk

Run or Walk your way to support the Friends of Madison Mounted Police!

The Madison Stampede 5k Run/Walk is happening on Sunday May 5th, 2019 at Olin park in Madison, WI. This is a 5K Run/Walk will feature running on through beautiful Olin, Goodman and around Quann park! 5K's arent your thing, but beer and horseshoes are? You can walk your way directly to your complimentary serving "Mounted Mischief" generously brewed and supplied by Karben4 Brewing (21+) and play a game of horseshoes. 

Parking is available in Olin Park as well as the neighborhood north of Goodman Park!

- We are kid friendly and stroller friendly. For the safety of our participants, dogs are discouraged. 

The race will be timed by Cream City Timing and the course will be clearly marked with mile markers. Two water stops will be placed throughout the course and at the finish line.  

The event is benefiting the Friends of Madison Mounted Police, established in ...., is a 501c3 non-profit corporation. Friends of Madison Mounted Horse Patrol is a volunteer, non-profit fundraising and advocacy organization that promotes and supports the City of Madison Mounted Police. We provide funds that supplement the budget provided by the City of Madison to assure the continuance of the Mounted Patrol Unit.
