Im new to this and I just want to raise money for Mednorth here Wilmington by putting on 5K in order to raise money for the facility and services. I know they are a medical clinic that works with patients that are below poverty by using sliding fee scale. And they usually do not turn away anyone even if they do not have the sliding scale fee upon arrival of there visit or virtual appointments.
