About the event
Meagan Stewart was a once in a lifetime kind of person. She brightened the room just by entering it. She had an infectious and wonderful laugh and made it her mission to make you laugh, even at times when you shouldn’t.
Sadly, on March 23, 2022, Meagan took her own life. Her family and friends are still in shock. Suicide happens roughly once every 11 minutes and is one of the leading causes of death. There needs to be more communication and awareness about it.
Please join us, May 20, 2023 at 11:30 am for our second annual Miles for Meag 5K Run/Walk to raise money for Miles For Meag. Miles for Meag is a 501c3 organization that offers support services for families coping with suicide loss as well as providing awareness/prevention for suicide in our local area.
