About the event
Set to take place on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at the Byron Forest Preserve in Byron, Illinois. Runners (and walkers) will enjoy the moderately challenging 5K course. NOTE: T-SHIRTS NOT GUARANTEED FOR REGISTRATIONS AFTER JULY 13th.
Walkers/Runners are encouraged to walk/run miles in memory of a loved one. Wear a shirt with your loved ones name or we will have labels available. All proceeds for the Miles in Memory Run/Walk benefit Serenity Home. Serenity Hospice & Home is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization serving the terminally ill and their families in Boone, Carroll, DeKalb, Lee, Ogle, Stephenson, Whiteside, and Winnebago Counties.
The course is certified by USA Track & Field - # IL14077JW.
