Make tracks where the Dinosaurs made tracks 150 million years ago!

The Spring Trail Run takes place on Sunday March 3rd on the SUPERB Klondike Bluffs Trails, North of Moab, UT. It is a super fun course featuring Classic Moab Singletrack including slickrock, red dirt trails, and scenic views of Arches National Park.

Two run course options are available - the 8k trail run and half marathon trail run. Both courses use a section of foot-only track that goes by an actual dinosaur track site. This trail, the Dinosaur Stomping Ground Trail, combined with Mega-Steps Trail were built by Trail Mix volunteers as well as our local chapter paleontology members and the Sierra Club. This area is what paleontologists call the Dinosaur Dance Floor. IÕm certain you also will enjoy dancing on this beautiful and unique trail!

This fun 'Stage Race' style triathlon combines your Friday evening swim time with your Saturday morning off-road duathlon time. Triathletes be eligible for overall and age group awards in both the swim and the duathlon, then special Triathlon awards will be presented to the top-3 overall triathletes as determined by their combined swim and duathlon times.

There will not be a Triathlon Relay option this year, however if you have a swimmer traveling with you, the Friday swim is open to triathletes as well as swim-only participants.
