Thank you for your interest in the Montreal Double Double. The weekend will consist of a double century from Schuylerville, NY to Montreal on Friday, a leisurely rest day in Montreal on Saturday, then another double century back to Schuylerville on Sunday.

Please note this event needs a minimum number of participants to go and if we do not meet that minimum, we will either reprice or cancel this event. If we cancel the event, all registered riders will receive a full refund. Otherwise, this event is held rain or shine and entry fees are non refundable and non transferable.

This event crosses the international border between the United States and Canada. All participants must have valid passport or border crossing documents to enter Canada and re-enter the United State and must be eligible to travel into Canada and return to the the United States. Please prepare for this carefully and make sure you have everything you need. If you are denied entry into Canada or the U.S. for any reason, we can not take any responsibility whatsoever. We'll try to help resolve any situations to the best of our abilities, but our main duty lies with getting the group to the finish of each day's ride.

All participants must be fully vaccinated against COVID, must have the latest booster, and must show proof of vaccination status in order to register for this event. In addition, all participants must abide by all local, state, provincial and national COVID regulations in place at the time of this event. If you do not meet these requirements or will not abide by them, you will not be allowed to sign up for this ride.

Your entry fee will include at least the following: two rest stops on each riding day with snacks and drinks, emergency sag support, mechanical support, gear shuttle, overnight accommodations for two nights in Montreal and breakfast on Saturday.

Final details, cue sheets, itineraries and other information will be sent to all registered riders with their final confirmation notification, usually 5-7 days before the start of the event.

Roadside support will be provided as necessary, but we can’t be everywhere at once, especially if the group spreads out, so please be prepared to be self sufficient as much as possible and be patient if you need support. Also note that there will be several long stretches without services and/or cell service and riders are expected to be properly prepared, self sufficient and have the ability to navigate on their own. All rooms are double occupancy. If you wish to share a room with someone in particular, you will have the opportunity to list them when you register.

Lights are required for the night portions of this ride (2-4 hours) and highly recommended for the daytime portions, including the use of flashing lights. If you have issues with flashing lights, please do not sign up for this ride, as no refund will be given and all registered riders will be expected to follow our rules, regulations and requirements without complaint.
