Mt Pleasant NC Christmas parade 1 Mile Fun Run

Join us on Saturday December 7th for the Fit Connection 1 Mile Fun Run before the Mt Pleasant Christmas parade. Runners, Joggers and Walkers will lead the parade through beautiful downtown Mt Pleasant NC. The parade begins at 8760 E. Franklin St Mt Pleasant, NC 28124 (parking lot of the old Tuscarora Mill and current location of Community Church of Mt Pleasant). The 1 mile fun run follows the parade route, ending at the intersection of Hwy 49 (Hardees). Participants can then stop at that location and watch the parade (which travels on, ending at the elementary school) or feel free to walk back down the parade route and join family and friends to watch. It also allows participants to still see their children in the parade or walk back down and join another group walking or riding in the parade. If your church, team, etc is a part of the parade you will be able to do both! This is a family friendly event! It is our inaugural Fun Run before the Mt Pleasant parade and does come with a tshirt to wear as you run/jog/walk. Everyone that registers by NOVEMBER 25th will receive their shirt that morning to wear. Those that register after that date will receive their tshirt when the second order arrives after the parade.
