Napa-to-Sonoma Wine Country Half Marathon

Terribly managed race. They charge a fee for race-day bib pickup despite this being a destination race. No other race I have ever run has done this (I've done many). They even insisted on the fee after rescheduling a race TWICE due to the pandemic and I explained that we originally had plans to be there all weekend (and easily could have picked up our bibs the day before) had the race happened as scheduled, but can't just pick up and spend a weekend in Napa during the winter.
