13.1M consists of doing the 10K loop twice and a small loop around the lake to start.
10K consists of a single 10K loop.
5K consists of a single 5K loop utilizing some of the 10K loop.

All Races will start at Sunrise Lake in Lewis Morris Park.
Race Day Registration, Chip Pickup and Event Timeline
8:00 AM – Race day registration and check in begins. Please be at registration 1 hour before your race starts.
9:00 AM – Longest Race Start  13.1M
9:30 AM – 2nd Longest Race Start  10K
10:00 AM – Shortest Race Start  5K
11:00 AM – post race festivities.  Stick around to enjoy each others company and talk about your adventures.


Park in the Sunrise Lake Parking lot or the Doe Meadow.lot.  From the parking area, walk to Registration at the Pavilion at Sunrise Lake.
