Paws in the Park 5K Walk/Run

Paws in the Park is a 5K Walk/Run for dogs and people on the beautiful trails at Summit Lake State park Saturday, October 7 at 10am. The event also features a shorter 1-mile walk down by the beach. This event is open to all ages, those who want to race or enjoy a walk, for families to spend time together, and for everyone to spend a fun time with their dogs!
All proceeds from this event will benefit the Muncie Animal Shelter, Action for Animals Food Pantry, and the National Canine Cancer Foundation. Paws in the Park is excited to be able to provide a fun way to help support worthy canine causes and organizations in our community.
Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 runners, wag bags and tshirts to all participants (guaranteed to those signed up by deadline) and lots of fun door prizes.

* $7 park admission fee not included
Day of registrations accepted.
Kids 12 and under free with adult
registration (includes kids t-shirt).
