Penfield Education Foundation 5K

Register today for the 5th Annual PEF 5k!!!

The Penfield Education Foundation (PEF) is excited to be hosting the fifth (5th) annual PEF 5K with the support of our Premier Sponsor, Family First Credit Union. This race/walk will start and end at the Penfield High School track on Sunday, April 21, 2024 at 9am. This community 5K race/walk is intended to provide a morning of healthy exercise while supporting the Penfield Education Foundation (PEF). Post-race refreshments provided by Wegmans.

Register by April 5 to receive a long sleeved cotton t-shirt. Packet pick-up will take place at Family First Federal Credit Union at 2520 Browncroft Blvd Rochester, NY 14625 from 9am - 11am on Saturday, April 20th. FREE Children’s races will follow the running of the 5K

Children 12 and under are welcome to meet us on the track after the 5k! We'll set the clock for 5 minutes, and the kids can run/walk as many laps as they can in those five minutes.

The primary goal of PEF is to raise funds to provide grants for school programs that are not supported through the District’s own budget and to support the awarding of scholarships to further the education of Penfield Central School District students. The PEF 5K is the main fundraiser to support these grants and scholarships.
