Phi Kappa Theta: Salazar Strong 5K for Breast Cancer

Calling all race enthusiasts, cancer survivors, kids and adults of all ages who want to run to fight for a cure. The men of Phi Kappa Theta are putting on a 5K for Alexis Salazar a Nicholls grad who recently got diagnosed with breast cancer. Alexis is doing her part to fight cancer and now it’s our turn to help her. The race will take place at the Nicholls recreation center at 4 pm on October 8th. Participants will receive unlimited food and drink tickets. We will be serving jambalaya and BBQ and will also have a kid bounce house and live DJ so come out in your breast cancer awareness pink and let’s run to fight for a cure. Those who pre-register before September 21st will receive a Salazar Strong 5K T-shirt.
