5k Run on rolling terrain along the Powhatan Creek Trail. An out and back course on a paved path with mile splits and water point. Trail has some hills and wooden bridges to cross. This race is normally run in July so the crisp fall weather should lend itself to new age group and perhaps course records being set. The race benefits the Colonial Road Runners travel teams that represent the club at RRCA and USATF Championship races. Previous teams have captured National, State and Local victories.
