Rankin Run

The YWCA is excited to announce the Rankin Run. The race, named after the first U.S. Congresswoman and Montana native Jeannette Rankin, provides families with a great amount of fun as they run or walk along the course set around Gibson Park’s walking/jogging loop and the River’s Edge Trail.

The YWCA 2018 Rankin Run will begin at Gibson Park, marked on the map below, on 15 September, 2018. Race packets can be picked up at the YWCA located at 220 2nd Ave N from noon to 6pm on 14 September, 2018 or on the day of the event from 8:30-9:30am. Same day registration will also be available from 8:30-9:30am. (Please understand that same day registrants are not guaranteed a shirt in their preferred size though every effort will be made to accommodate.)

The 10k runners will begin at 10am and 5k runners will have a staggered start at 10:15am. 1 Mile fun run time will be around 11am but adjusted as needed to ensure all those desiring to participate can do so.
