The 24th Annual Twilight 5K Road Race & Walk has gone virtual!
The virtual race will begin on May 8th and closes on May 15, 2020. We invite you to join a virtual community of runners, walkers, and overall supporters of Right Moves For Youth (RMFY) as we raise funds to further our mission of helping teens graduate high school with a plan for their future success.
As our largest annual fundraiser, the Twilight 5k is an integral part of our organization’s success. We serve over 1700 teens in Mecklenburg County each year, and your donations allow us to continue our mission to build positive relationships and empower local students.
The average cost to provide comprehensive services to one student for one year is $875. Every dollar counts. Every donation matters. We appreciate your support!
Whether it’s your backyard, the greenway or a local park, we want you to join us from wherever you are! Share your experience using these hashtags: #ATALLTIMES #RMFY #TWILIGHT5K #RUN4ME

RMFY is a school-based, youth development and student support program focused on helping teens develop the skills to succeed. Collaborating with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office, and other community partners, our mission is to provide the resources and guidance students need to graduate high school with a plan for their future success. RMFY reaches 1700 teens in 27 CMS middle and high schools, many of whom are socially and/or economically disadvantaged. While our services are provided at no expense to our students or their families, one year of comprehensive RMFY services for a student only costs $875. As our leading fundraising event, Twilight 5K is the perfect way for RMFY to raise funds to help teens access the support needed to succeed in school and life. Register today to help us build better lives through extraordinary relationships!
Due to COVID-19, race packets will be mailed to registrants prior to the opening of the race on May 8th.
