RING THE BELL 5K and 10K

"ITS TIME TO RACE" - Not a Virtual event but A REAL LIVE ROAD RACE.  Honor Our Heroes - A Race to Support and Honor Law Enforcement.  5k and 10k distances are available and all runners are chip timed.  Emerys is sponsoring our Medals and Results. Finishers Medals to all runners.  Age Group Awards to the Top 5 in each age group.  Age Groups are every 5 years.  Quality Tee Shirts from Virtual Impressions.   EVERY CENT THAT IS NOT SPENT DIRECTLY WITH A VENDOR IS DONATED TO LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT. THIS IS A SOCIAL DISTANCED EVENT:  EVERY Runner will be ASSIGNED a Start time.  The Body Mechanics Start Line will be open for 4 hours (From 8:00am until Noon) and we will start 4 runners every 2 minutes.  Free Race Photos provided by Focal Flame Photography.  Instant Official Race Times delivered by Receipt Readers.  Age Group Medals will be Mailed to all Winners.  PARTICIPANT SAFETY IS A PRIORITY SO SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES HAVE BEEN TESTED AND WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR THIS RUN.  Each Runner will get a Food bag (Water, Cookie and Banana) at the Finish Line and will also receive their tee shirt at the finish line.

ALL RACERS ARE REQUESTED TO ARRIVE NO EARLIER THAN 20 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR START TIME.  YOUR START TIME WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU AFTER REGISTRATION IS COMPLETED.  

NO PACKET PICK UP IS NEEDED.  YOU WILL GET YOUR BIB ASSIGNED ON RACE DAY AT THE RACE SITE AND WILL RECEIVE YOUR TEE SHIRT AFTER YOU FINISH THE EVENT.

5K runners would do one lap and 10K runners would do 2 laps.
Age Groups:  Male and Female for both 10K and 5K - Awards to the top 5 in each age group and the top 3 overall Male and Female Finishers.  The Top 3 finishers will be removed from the Age Group Awards.
