About the event
Come support the Ronald McDonald House of Scranton! This year we will be holding our 35th Annual Show Your Stripes 5k and Fun Walk at Nay Aug Park. Join us for the run and basket raffles. Following the 5k, we will hold our kids fun run where all children will receive a gift for participating.
All participants will receive a shirt, finisher's medal, and swag bag. **Race participants that register for both the Apple Orchard 5K and Show Your Stripes 5K will receive a Race Series Finisher Coin as well as Ronald McDonald House Socks.**
When: Saturday, September 24, 2022
Where: Nay Aug Park, 500 Arthur Avenue, Scranton, PA 18510 at the Schimelfenig Pavilion
Race Start: 9:30 AM
Day of Registration & Packet Pick Up: 8:00-9:15 AM
Registration Cost: $20 Race day - $25
Packet Pick Up: Friday, September 23, 2022 from 11 am - 6 pm at the Ronald McDonald House of Scranton or Saturday, September 24, 2022 from 8 am to 9:15 am at the Schmilfenig Pavilion
Awards/Prizes: We will recognize the first Overall Male and Female runner, Masters Male and Female first place, along with the top 3 male and female runners in each age group and male and female masters.
Age Groups: 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over.
Awards Ceremony: Awards will be presented to age group winners immediately following the race at the band stand.
