Run Blue/Run Green 5k

The Michigan Wolverines take on the Michigan State Spartans on Saturday, October 20th in an evening game. Come out and support your team by joining us for a FUN filled 5k run/walk at 10:00 am.  All participants receive a RUN BLUE or RUN GREEN shirt, pint glasses for age group awards, and water bottles to the winning team! Details below.

The 5k run/walk will take place at Fortitude Outdoor Fitness in Owosso.  Fortitude is an elite destination developed for outdoor fitness, running & walking. The course is accurate and on well groomed trails.

Proceeds from the event will be used for summer camp scholarships at both MSU and U of M. Visit the donation tab to learn more about the work Michigan Running Foundation is doing to support youth running in Michigan and specifically their support of the summer camp scholarship program at MSU and U of M.

If you are a Spartan sign up for the Run Green 5k and receive a Run Green shirt.

We will be having a drone flying overhead taking a video so be sure to wear either Green or Blue to represent your team!

Owosso is off of M-52 approx a 1/2 hour from Flint, 45 minutes from Lansing, and 1 to 1.5 hours from Metro Detroit. Plenty of parking on site. Stay afterwards for a beer, food and football at the bar at Fortitude.
