Run for Conservation 5K & 10K

June 15, 2019

TLC’s Trail Creek Outfitters Stateline Woods Run for Conservation is in its 12th year, and continues to gain participants, notoriety and attendees!
Coming on Saturday, June 15th this fun event is for the entire local community to participate in a trail run at both the 5K and 10K levels. The 10K is famous for its very difficult hills, yet everyone has a great time! Both races include crossing creeks, single track trails, meadows, hills, roots, rocks – there is something for every runner!
Can’t find a babysitter?  There is a free kid’s corner during the race. We have a fenced kids corral so the kiddos can learn about nature and do crafts and games while you race, and then watch you come across the finish line!
Free Fun Run 1K race after the 10K is over for kids 12 and under. This race is a totally family friendly event!
Very cool conservation prizes for top winners and also excellent racer snacks after the race thanks to Harvest Market Natural Foods – yum!
Beer provided by Kennett Brewing Company!  One beer per adult runner after the race.  Race starts at 8:30am – day of registration starts at 7:30am
Help us support our mission and keep our preserves open free to the public by participating this year.  All proceeds benefit our efforts to protect the natural beauty and resources of Southern Chester County.
