About the event
Join us on Fort Knox for the Run for the Red. Enjoy a 5K (3.1 mile) or 10K (6.2 mile) run through rolling, but beautiful hills, on historic Fort Knox Military Post. Bring your kids and let them participate in the Kids Fun Run.
****Kids Run is limited to children 9 and under****
Participants
If using paper registration, all participants must fill out an individual registration form and submit a signed waiver before participating in 5K/10K AND KIDS race. Registered participants(5K/10K EVENT) will receive a participation medal upon crossing the finish line. REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS FOR THE KIDS RACE WILL RECEIVE PRIZES
Awards to be Presented
• 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place (Male / Female for each age group)
• Top female & top male for 5k/10k will receive a new pair of running shoes from Running Soles, located in Elizabethtown, KY
• Attendance trophy for unit/business with the most participation (5K/10K)
• Commanders cup award for the unit/business team with the fastest time (5K/10K)
• Medals for everyone that crosses the finish line. Kids Race Participants will receive Prizes
• ALL registered runners and walkers will receive a discount coupon from Running Soles
