Run for Your Health 5K

Tri Town Ambulance and Emergency Rescue Service is a small, non-profit company that serves the townspeople of West Paris and parts of Sumner, Maine.  The business was formed in 1968 and continues to maintain operations with a dedicated crew of drivers and licensed staff. 

The proceeds raised during this event will allow Tri Town to obtain new and advanced medical equipment necessary to outfit their rescue vehicles. 

The course starts at the West Paris town office. The event begins at 8:15 a.m. with a fun run for kids 10 and under The 5K race starts at 9 a.m.

The first 50 registrants for the 5K receive a free water bottle and a t-shirt.
