About the event
Join Integrity Racing and UPMC Susquehanna for the 17th Annual Run for Your Heart 5K! This event will be held on LABOR DAY - Monday, September 3rd, 2018. Participants may walk or run - this is a road race with some rolling hills.
TIMES: Registration will be held at the Health Innovation Center located at 740 High Street in Williamsport, PA beginning at 7:30 AM.
Both the 5K Run and Walk will begin at 9:00 AM.
Online Registration CLOSES August 31st at midnight.
SHIRTS: Participants who register by August 19th, 2018 will be guaranteed to receive a shirt. Those who register after this date will be given a shirt on a first come basis while supplies last; shirts will be in a limited quantity for race day registrants.
AWARDS: Run: Prize awarded to the top Male and Female as well as top 3 Male and Female in age categories 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
Walk: Prize awarded to the Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female.
* Proceeds benefit the UPMC Susquehanna's Heart & Vascular Institute.
