Run For Your Life 5K Lexington, KY

The University of Kentucky Physical Therapy Class of 2018 invites you to the Annual "Run For Your Life" 5k on September 16th, 2017! You can register here for $20 (and a small processing fee). Day-of registration will also be available, and will cost $25 (and a small processing fee). Sign-in will begin on the day of the race at 8:00am, an hour before the race begins at 9:00am. T-shirts and goodie bags are provided to all race participants. Additional T-shirts can also be purchased at the race for $12.

As future physical therapists, UKDPT advocates for wellness, fitness, health promotion, prevention, and management of disease and disability. As members of the American Physical Therapy Association, it is our goal to promote regular physical activity and exercise to enhance health and prevent disease. This year, we invite YOU to join in on our goal of health and wellness promotion! So what do you run for? Feel free to select a category and share with us the reason you run!

All proceeds will go towards Samaritan's Touch, a non-profit student-organized physical therapy clinic run by UK DPT students as well as funding for the upcoming UK DPT graduates to take the Nathional Physical Therapy Boards Exam.
