Run SA Youth - Free Run Program

Join Run SA Youth for our free, weekly meetups! Each meetup includes warm-up, drills, run workout, and a fun game! Run SA Youth provides proper nutrition & hydration, incentives to encourage goal setting, and an opportunity for new athletic footwear. Participation is free, however, we ask that children register prior to joining us.

Who: Kids ages 7-12 who like to run! Beginners are welcome - RSY coaches and volunteers are more than happy to work with our young runners as they build strength and endurance.

It is important that we provide safe, family- friendly, run meet-ups for children. We appreciate families using the following guidelines when participating in Run SA Youth sanctioned events:

1) Refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages within the vicinity of our young runners. 
2) Refrain from bringing pets to the meet-ups. 
3) Respect the run: We ask that children participate voluntarily and are eager to run. 
4) Respect the runners: No violent or distracting behavior.

Run SA Youth (RSY) was created to give children a safe, accessible outlet, to run, grow their self-confidence, and build healthy habits that will benefit their future. The integrity of the program is our top priority. We genuinely love the children and families who share their time and energy with us - All of us are creating a wonderful community of young, strong and healthy athletes.
