Run Turkey Run 5K Run and 5K Walk Thursday, November 23, 2017 9:00 am England-Idlewild Park, Burlington, KY   Join us in NKY for  a fun start to your Thanksgiving Day. A great alternative to the Mega Turkey trots. 5K distance. Early Start. Free Parking. Get in, Get out, Get home!

BENEFICIARY:

Race proceeds will go to the Burlington Student Mission Projects helping to serve local families. Please bring one or more canned or non-perishable food items for Saving Grace Food Pantry.

COURSE:

Out-and-back 5K course will take place entirely in the park

AGE DIVISIONS:

10/under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79 and 80/over.

AWARDS:

Top Three overall male and females will receive a turkey. Where else can you can take your prize home and eat it? Age group awards to the top of each run/walk division

All Age group winners will each win a medal

Immediately following the Race

CHIP TIMING:

This year's race will be accurately "chip timed" using MyLaps Bib Tag technology. No need to return chips this year!

EMAIL ADDRESS:

All Pre-registered entries that include a valid email address will receive an email confirmation of registration prior to the race.

PRE-REGISTRATION FEE:

Cost: $23 adults and $13 for kids 14 and under.

T-SHIRTS:

T-shirts are optional and available for $12 while supples last. Order by Nov. 16, 2017 to be sure to get your size. We may have spares after that date but don't count on it.

RACE DAY REGISTRATION FEE:

Late/Race day fee is $28 adults and $18 for kids 14 and under.

REGISTER BY MAIL:

Mailed entries must be received by Saturday, Novemver 12, 2017.

LATE REGISTRATION/PACKET PICK UP:

Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2017 from 5-8pm at Burlington Baptist Church. Bib numbers will be distributed on race day only.

REGISTER ON RACE DAY:

7:30 - 8:45 am sharp! Look for signs and activity in our HQ park shelter.

Chip Timing

This year's event will be timing using MyLaps Disposable bib tags. The chip will be on the bib number. No need to turn in pull tags or return the timing chip.
