Run Wild for the Cape May County Zoo

Sturdy Savings Bank presents the third year of Run Wild for the Cape May County Zoo - This 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk will take runners and walkers in and around the world famous Zoo. They're opening the gates early and letting us in to RUN WILD and bid the animals good morning!

 

EVENT SCHEDULE 6:30 - Check-in and Day Of Registration Opens 7:45 - Day Of Registration closes (RUN & WALK) 8:00 - 1M Walk Begins 8:10 - 5K Run Begins 9:00 - Kids Races 9:30 - Awards *Pre- race packet pickup will be available April 20th at the Cape May County Earth Day Fair at Cape May Park & Zoo 10:00 am - 3:00 pm* - There will be a FREE 200 Yard Dash for kids 8 & under and a 1/4 Mile Dash for kids 12 & under following the 5K run. Kids do not need to pre-registered - just show up and run! - Strollers are allowed in this race. No pets

*register by April 5th to be guaranteed a race shirt

Cape May County Zoological Society, a 501(c)3 non-profit NJ corporation, is the official Support Organization of the Cape May County Park & Zoo. Since 1986 the Society has continuously provided the private sector funding needed to develop new exhibits, improve facilities, purchase zoo equipment and make acquisitions for the animal collection. The Society makes significant contributions to conservation and endeavors to encourage the community's interest and enjoyment of the Zoo.

Coalition Against Rape & Abuse, Inc. is committed to providing support, through advocacy and innovative programs in partnership with the community and other service providers. CARA is here to counsel, support and advocate for victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
