About the event
The 10K is a beast! If you are not comfortable with multiple stream crossings, loose descents and using your hands to scramble up steep spots, please consider racing the shorter course. The 5K offers a variety of terrain and is great for short-distance runners, new trail runners and kids. (You can transfer your registration with no penalty.) There is NO AID on the long course, so be prepared with water and food. The 5K and 10K have staggered starts and will be chip-timed. Trails are technical; scenery is stunning. Race benefits Salt Springs Park.
