Sammamish Polar Bear 5K

Come join us for the 3rd Annual Sammamish Polar Bear 5k!  It’s January, it’s cold outside, it may be raining, but that isn’t going to stop you from getting out with family and friends to challenge yourselves in this flat/fast 5k running/walking event. 

You’ll toe the line with many competitive rowers from the Sammamish Rowing Association (SRA). These nationally ranked athletes are use to training and competing in difficult conditions. The teams will be using this event as a tune-up as they head in their spring training regime. Come out and see the team, ask questions and you never know, you may find yourself in one of the many rowing options hosted by our one SRA. A portion of the proceeds from this event go to supporting the SRA and their 2020 scholarship fund.
