The course of the Himalayan run takes competitors across a wide variety of terrains and includes approximately 3,636 meters of ascents and descents over the 4-day race.
Starting at above 2,134 meters at Maneybanjang, the race ascends over the first two stages to the beautiful mountain top at Sandakphu at an elevation of 3,636 meters. From Sandakphu the competitors will get the beautiful views of the Kanchenjunga range and all the tall peaks in the world, Makalu, Lhotse and the great Mt. Everest. From Sandakphu, the race descends over the next two stages and ends in the quaint town of Rimbik at an elevation of 2,286 meters.
