Sault Ste. Marie Riverfest

Enjoy a 5K run or walk along the scenic Riverside Drive to celebrate the Sault Ste. Marie Riverfest on Saturday, August 19th.  The race will start/finish at the pavilion on the south side of the kid's fishing pond at Rotary Island Park.  The course will be flat, fast, and an out/back.  There will be an aid station with water near the 1mile/2mile mark at the Charles T. Harvey Marina.  Packet pickup will be at the pavilion on race morning from 7am-8:15am.  The race will begin at 8:30am.  Early registration will be $10 per registrant through July 31.  After July 31, registration will increase to $15 per registrant.  ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY.  REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE FRIDAY, AUGUST 18, AT 8PM.  Finisher medals will be given to all participants.  Top 3 male and female awards will be given along with the top male and female master's division (40+).  Yooper Running Company will be timing the event and providing finishing times.  Age groups 5-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
