Schools Out! 5K Zionsville Relay For Life

Close your lockers, books and laptops, turn off your phones, and lace up your sneakers for a fun event and a fantastic cause.

Former Colts lineman and Indianapolis native Joe Reitz will be joining the American Cancer Society for this event! Be sure to catch Joe and his message on Friday, May 26th at Mulberry Fields. 

Join this American Cancer Society 5K run/1 Mile walk to celebrate the last day of school! This event is the primary community fundraiser for Zionsville Relay for Life, Friday, May 26, 2017 at Mulberry Fields. The 5K course will travel along the Zionsville Rail Trail and through the Cobblestone Lakes neighborhood, while the 1 mile walk will loop around the Mulberry Fields Park.  There will be a water station along the course. 

Discounts for early registrations:
February 1-28: $20/person
March 1-31: $25/person
April 1-May 19: $30/person
Children (3-18): $15/child

RELAY FOR LIFE TEAMS MAY REGISTER and amateurs are welcome! We will have a packet pick up on Thursday night or you can pick up on the night of the event.  Shirts are guaranteed for pre-registration by May 1 only.  Shirts are not guaranteed on the day of the event.  

Schedule of Events:  5:30 Registration Time, 7:00 5K Start Time, and 7:10 Walk Start Time, 8:00 Prizes

All registration proceeds go to the American Cancer Society/Zionsville Relay for Life. 

FAQs
1) What about the Relay for Life that typically happens in Lion's Park every year?

Fundraising through Relay can take many forms. This year the American Cancer Society has chosen to showcase the Relay event through School's Out 5k run/1 mile walk in leiu of the Lion's Park event. As is always the case, all proceeds for Relay, through both donations and sponsorships go directly to Zionsville Relay for Life.

2) Are donations to School's Out 5k tax deductible?

Yes, all donations and registration money in excess of the costs of the event go to benefit the Zionsville Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society (a 401(c)3). A receipt is provided with each donation containing the American Cancer Society tax ID.

3) How can I be a part of this?
