Time: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm *All ages and abilities are welcome.*

 

Schedule of Events: 7:30 AM Race Day registration begins at River Legacy Park back pavilion.
8:30 AM Guest speakers & stretching activity.
9:15 AM 1-mile Fun Run/Walk
9:30 AM 5K Run/Walk begins, with awards ceremony and community event immediately following the finish.
 
Entry Fee for the 5k: $30per adult (18+), $15 per student (17 & under), $10 kids 10 & under
*Fees are non-refundable*    Our Goal The goals of the Teal & Tutu 5k/community event is to lower the rate of sexual assault through awareness/education and promote community engagement in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
 
This year's race will be our signature fundraising event and it will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at River Legacy Park Proceeds benefit Speak Our Truth a nonprofit for sexual assault survivors and local organizations doing the work to support survivors.

·      After race activities
·      T-shirts are not guaranteed for those who register after March 29, 2024.

The team who raises the most money – Ends Thursday, April 26th, 2024 at 6 p.m.
Team with the most participants - Ends Thursday, April 26th, 2024 at 6 p.m.
Race participants must register with the team when they submit their race registration or they won’t be counted for the team. The team captain will receive the prize.

The best team Tutu – pictures of tutu must be emailed to [email protected] by 6 p.m. on Friday, April 12, 2024.
The winner is determined by high school staff and planning committee.
