Kilian Jornet grinded past more than 1495 runners to win in 02:25:35 establishing a new course record. He finished 56 secondes ahead of Petro Mamu. Jim Walmsley got the third place in 02:31:52.
In the ladies race, Maude Mathys also claimed victory with a record time of 02:49:20. She bested Judith Wyder who crossed the finish line 5 minutes behind her. Rounding out the top three was Silvia Rampazzo with a time of 02:56:17.
