About the event
The SpeakUp5k race series was designed by Cameron K. Gallagher to end the stigma surrounding teenage depression and anxiety. It is a fun, family-friendly race for EVERYONE! There are exciting surprises along the race course that will be sure to put a smile on your face. Strollers, wheelchairs and dogs on leashes are welcome.
This year's SpeakUp5k Nashville will be held at Centennial Park in the afternoon, concluding with a festive post-race party and barbecue.
Whether you walk, jog, or run, we want you to join us as we end the stigma of mental illness!
