Spiritus Christi Riverwalk for Mental Health

5K walk begins at Spiritus Christi Church, heads south to Main St, then cuts through Genesee Crossroads Park to Andrews Street, back to State Street, then North on State and through the High Falls District along the Genesee Riverway Trail. The trail crosses the Pont de Rennes Bridge and continues on the Genesee Riverway Trail to St. Paul, north on St. Paul to Bausch Street, then connects to Genesee Riverway Trail Extension, then heads back to Spiritus Christi via State Street. Fun treats and surprises are offered along the route. A shorter route is available for families with young children and others who are unable to walk a full 5K.

This walk benefits Spiritus Christi Mental Health Center.  We believe everyone should have access to mental health care and support regardless of their insurance status or income. Our volunteer staff of therapists, social workers, and advocates helps people get the care they need to live safe, healthy, less stressful lives.  Last year, 278 people participated in one or more of our programs.
