* Extra Mile fun run/walk uses the city pathways. We ask everyone to be mindful of the crosswalks, cars on the road and are familiar with the route. Anyone under the age of 12 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

*This is not a training program but a fun, energetic, themed and organized group run to help you stay motivated.  We will have coaches and people to help guide you.  Again, these runs are intended to be fun, relaxed and a way to run on some amazing routes in the region.  If you are running longer distances, be sure to bring your own water.
