The St Agnes 5K Run/Walk for Life is an event with the main purpose of promoting a respect for life message and raising funds for pro-life causes while encouraging healthy living. (Body and Soul).
The 5K run is a two loop course around the perimeter of the church property professionally timed by timed by Green Machine Timing. Due to course limitations, all runners must maintain a 14 minute per mile pace.
The 5K walk is a separate course inside the church property. This inspirational walk will offer a pleasant early morning walk and an opportunity for reflection on prayer, sacrifice and ways to strengthen us on the journey.

* $25 for the Timed Run
* $20 for the Walk
* $10 Children under 12
* $30 timed run (ALL)
* $25 walk (ALL)
Registration packets can be picked up at St Agnes Parish Center on the day before the race.
