Star Spangled Squirt Gun Run/Walk 5K

Moving Fourth presents the 4th Annual Star Spangled Squirt Gun Run/Walk 5K. This unique race takes participants along Port Clinton's scenic lakeshore and through its historic downtown, with squirt-gun wielding volunteers along the route to cool the racers down! Proceeds from the event will benefit the Kenneth Jensen Memorial Scholarship in conjunction with Terra State Community College. The scholarship will be awarded to a Terra student from Port Clinton in a skilled trades or digital media program.

Registration begins at 8:00AM at the Jefferson Street Pavilion, and the race begins at 9:00AM. Following the race, racers can head back to the Jefferson Street Pavilion for refreshments and awards. Awards will be presented to top overall male and female runners, top overall male and female walkers, and the male and female winners of each age division.

Entry fees are $20 per racer for those who pre-register by June 27th and $25 thereafter or on race day. All participants registered by June 27th will also receive a T-shirt. If you have any questions about the race, you can contact Gabe DeFreitas at 419-341-6223.
