The Best 5K on the Brazos

The race course for the Best 5K on the Brazos is a flat and scenic course that runs along the Brazos River from Indian Spring Park and finishes over the Waco Suspension Bridge.

Take this opportunity to possibly set a Personal Record for the 5K.

This is the target race for the Waco Women's Training Program. So, please come out and support them as this will be the first 5K race for many of them.

The 5K awards will include medals for the top overall male and female and for the first 3 male and female finishers in 5 yr age categories from 14 and under to 65 and over.

All registered runners will receive a T-shirt. Note: Size and availability are not guaranteed after Friday, April 20.

Packet Pick-Up and Late Registration

All athletes must have a race bib to run the event.

Your race bib and t-shirt is given out at packet pickup (locations, dates, and times listed below). You may pick up multiple packets for friends and family.

We are encouraging all current members of the Waco Striders Running Club to participate in the Best 5K on the Brazos by offering them a $10 discount. The discount will be applied automatically at check-out if you are a current member.
