The Grand Rapids Mud Run is the toughest run in West Michigan. Get ready for a challenging but fun 5K run with hills, obstacles, walls, 70 foot mud slide, tunnel crawls, slippery hill climbs, and oodles of mud pits. Run as an individual or make a team of 4 with your friends.
