The Rescue Run Corporate 5K

The Event The Rescue Run Corporate 5k Presented By Vickaryous Law Firm is one of two corporate walk/run events in Seminole County. This year we are calling on all Superheroes to put on your favorite Superhero themed outfit and unite as we run/walk along the shores of Lake Monroe and through the historic streets of downtown Sanford as we RESCUE Homelessness.

It is a chip timed race with awards to Fastest CEOs and Top 3 finishers in several age groups.

Company Overview The Rescue Run Corporate 5k had over 1000 participants last year and 70 teams. Come join Seminole County's largest office party with a health and wellness fair, music, food, games, and beer at the finish. Your participation raises awareness and funds to benefit the Rescue Outreach Mission homeless shelter in Sanford.

Individual runners/walkers of all levels and strollers are welcome, with dry tech custom size shirts guaranteed for all pre-registered participants.  

About This Event
The Rescue Run Corporate 5K Presented by Vickaryous Law Firm is an annual corporate walk/run event held in Lake Mary, Seminole County, Florida. This unique team and individual event is a 3.1 mile walk/run that starts at 9:30 AM and ends with a health and wellness fair, music, food, drinks, games and good times!

Teams gather together to show company pride, build camaraderie and engage a little friendly competition. Team photos will start at 8:30 AM for all registered teams. All team and candid photos will be posted on Facebook and this website.

Be sure to bring your own food for your Team to eat for after the race so you can enjoy the party longer! Many participating businesses have a company picnic immediately after the event. There will be an awards ceremony to celebrate the fastest CEOs and top three in every age group. You can also bring cash for donations to the Waste Pro BBQ and beer sponsored by Wayne Densch.

The race benefits the Rescue Outreach Mission, Seminole County's only homeless shelter.

7:30AM to 9:00 AM: Race day registration and packet pick up
8:15AM: Team Photo starts

9:00AM: 5K Run/Walk Starts 
10:15AM: Awards Presentation
