Toledo Heart Walk Virtual 5K

The Heart Walk is the American Heart Association's premier event for raising funds to save lives from this country's No. 1 and No. 5 killers- heart disease and stroke. With the recent coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic keeping more Americans at home, the American Heart Association is embracing the new normal and moving its iconic Toledo Heart Walk 5K online.

While our runners and teams will not physically meet, we encourage everyone to participate virtually and get moving at home or around the neighborhood. Runners will receive an "I Love Social Distancing with the AHA" T-shirt. Design will be uploaded shortly. 

We encourage runners to upload their selfies and tag us on social media, as well as use #RelentlessTogether or #WalkToledo

All shirts will be mailed out after quarantine and it's safe for us to work from the office again.
