TransformHer 5K

We are excited to be back for the third annual TransformHer 5k! Our first two races were great successes and for that we thank you!   TransformHer 5k is Rutherford County's only Women's Only 5k Run/Walk Event! This event is open to everyone, from competitive runners to walkers including seniors and children! It is such an amazing morning of encouragement and empowerment! So grab your girlfriends, your sisters, your moms, your daughters, your coworkers, your Sunday School group, or any other ladies you know and join the fun!   TransformHer 5k benefits the PATH (Prevention, Assistance & Temporary Housing) shelter of Rutherford County. October is Domestic Violence Awareness month, and as a company that serves women, this is an issue near and dear to our hearts.    5k kicks off at 8:00 am with race day sign ups and packet pickups beginning at 7:00 am! This race is chip timed!   "WOMEN ONLY"   All event activities start at BODYMASTERS 426 Oak St. in Spindale NC   Awards for Overall Top 3 (trophies) and
