We put the “ish” in “ten-ish”. Just think of the extra distance as a FREE bonus.
This 11.25-mile course winds through the beautiful Red Hills Recreation Area in the Sierra Foothills. Winter is an amazing time to run in Red Hills. Water-crossings and mud add difficulty to already challenging, technical terrain.
Turner’s is a lollipop course that passes an aid station twice. The start/finish line to the aid station is slow-going with rocks and several small climbs. From the aid station, pick up the pace for a loop on fire roads.
Custom finish prizes will be awarded to the top 3 overall male and female finishers.
There is no Turner’s without our tradition of grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup competition. Hang out after the race for a bite. The sandwiches and soup are on us. It’s up to you to bring the beer.
