US Road Running - Luau 5K/10K - Pinchot Park

Because of coronavirus (COVID-19) we can not hold the race at the location.

You have 3 options if you have already registered:
1. Transfer to another race. Most races for the US Road Running Race Club have races every month. We are working every day to add more races. For dates and event locations go to the US Road Running Race Club page.  The link is https://runsignup.com/raceclub 

2. Transfer to US Road Running Race Club membership. You have the option to transfer your registration fee to become a US Road Running Race Club member and get 50% off of US Road Running Race Club events when you register on RunSignUp. 

3. Self Timed Race. We are allowing people to self time their race.  You must run and email [email protected] with a screen shot of your finish time.  Medals and bibs will be mailed out Tuesday after the race date.   Do not go to the race and pick up your medal and bib.  Results will be posted on RunSignUp and awards will be mailed out 30 days after the race. You must have a US mailing address to receive package and awards.

Date and Time
15K race starts at 8:00 AM on May 2, 2020.
10K race starts at 8:30 AM on May 2, 2020.
5K race starts at 9:00 AM on May 2, 2020.
Race day registration and packet pickup starts one hour before the race and ends ten minutes before the race starts.

This race is on a trail and it may have some mud on it.

15K
Pre-Registration Price:  $40.00.
Race Day Price:  $45.00.
This race uses the same lap course as the 5K.

10K
Pre-Registration Price:  $35.00.
Race Day Price:  $40.00.
This race uses the same lap course as the 5K.

5K
Pre-Registration Price:  $25.00.
Race Day Price:  $30.00.

Awards
Awards are mailed out after the race.  Awards are placards that go on the back of your finisher medal.  Please allow 30 days for us to mail out awards.
Series Awards go out at the end of the year and are medals.  You must have a US address to receive your awards.

Race Rules
Entry fees are non-refundable, no exceptions. You may not wear someone else's bib. You must be in good health and physically prepared. Race numbers are required to participate. This event will occur rain or shine. We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. Should the event be canceled, we will transfer your registration to our next event at the same location. You make request to transfer to another event 24 hours before the races starts, this includes virtual races. No dogs on the course.

Self Timed Race

US Road Running Race Club
This race is put on by the US Road Running Race Club.  The club has over two hundred races each year.  For most location, we have races every month.  It is not required to be a club member to attend a US Road Running race.  It is required that you have fun.  Club members receive 50% off all US Road Running club races when you preregister using RunSignUp.  For more information about the club go to https://runsignup.com/raceclub 

Volunteers
Volunteers make a huge impact with all our events and we are always looking for willing caring people. All volunteers will receive their choice of a free race registration to a future US Road Running race. Contact our Race Manager to see if we have any volunteer spots available.

Food Drive
A food drive is held at this race, donations are collected near the registration tents. All food is donated to the PA Central Food Bank. Non-perishable food only. A drawing will be held a few day after the race with all the names of those who donated. The winner will receive a free live race registration for a future race held by US Road Running.
